Diana Zhu

Diana Zhu has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Full Stack Engineer at Nextdoor since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Showroom as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2022 to April 2022. Prior to that, Diana spent a significant amount of time at Capital One, where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer. Diana had different roles within the company, including Senior Associate from July 2015 to May 2021 and Principle Associate from June 2019 to May 2021. During their time at Capital One, Diana was responsible for spearheading API implementations, building Slackbots, standardizing serverless architecture, and managing and mentoring team members. Diana also led various initiatives, such as an Asian resource group and a volunteer effort. Diana started their professional journey as a Statistics IT Work Study at Carnegie Mellon University from September 2013 to May 2015. Diana also completed an internship as a TDP Intern at Capital One in June 2014.

Diana Zhu pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University between 2011 and 2015.
