Gautham Pai has diverse work experience in customer experience and support roles. Gautham has worked as the Global Head of Customer Experience Operations at Nextdoor since 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Services & Support at TiVo from 2010 to 2016. Gautham also held roles at United Online, Inc., including Director of Tech Support & Customer Self-Service from 2004 to 2010, and Assistant Manager of CRM Process Improvements from 2000 to 2004.
Gautham Pai completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Advanced Financial & Management Accounting from Christ University in Bangalore from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained certifications in ITIL Foundations in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in May 2012 and has completed a Customer Experience Certificate Program from Customer Experience at Rutgers. Gautham also has a certification in SQL Scripting Fundamentals from AcademyX Computer Training.
