Guido Sluijsmans is the CEO and co-founder of NEXTdriver, and a board member of Stichting Gebiedsfonds Delft Technology Park. Prior to this, Guido worked as a business consultant at TNO, where Guido focused on mobility and behavior to achieve safer and more sustainable transportation. Guido also held roles as a directiesecretaris ai and Research Manager at TNO. In addition, Guido volunteered at Werkplaats Spoorzone Delft and served as Secretary General at Intercompany Association (ICA). Guido also worked as a consultant at DHV. Guido holds a MSC in civil engineering from the University of Twente.

NEXTdriver's mission is to eliminate unsafe driving behaviour, minimize the number of traffic accidents, and reduce the total emission output of commercial vehicles. To achieve that, we combine state-of-art technology with expertise in psychology, software development, data analysis, and mobility. Our technology precisely monitors the driving behaviour of professional drivers. Thanks to that, we can provide detailed weekly reports with insights into drivers' behaviour and advice on how to improve it. By doing this over time, we are able to coach drivers and analyse a lasting improvement in their driving behaviour. NEXTdriver benefits logistics companies in multiple ways.
