John Patrick Mallon, CFA

John Patrick Mallon, CFA is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the financial and media industries. In 2021, they joined NexTech Batteries, Inc. as Vice President of Business Development. From 2011 to 2021, they were a Portfolio Manager and Head of Research at Classis Capital, where they managed multi-asset portfolios of €2.6 billion and established the research function at the firm. Prior to 2011, they were a Producer for Virgin from 2008 to 2007 and a Producer/Director for MTV Networks from 2007 to 2003. In 2003, they were a Company Director for 37 Degrees Productions.

John Patrick Mallon, CFA obtained their BE (Hons) Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin and their Master in Corporate Finance (CFA Partner Program) from SDA Bocconi. John Patrick also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
