Shannon Defranze

Shannon DeFranze is the Manager of Client Success at Nextech Systems since November 2019. Prior to this role, Shannon served as the Office Coordinator at Gulfcoast Eye Care from November 2012 to November 2019. Shannon is responsible for various aspects of office management, staff recruitment, training, and performance management. They oversee budget management, supplies, and coordinate meetings. Shannon also handles correspondence, complaints, and serves as a liaison between various stakeholders. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University, Shannon brings a strong background in client success and office coordination to their current role.
