Xiaoyan Yin

Xiaoyan Yin is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in financial management roles. Currently serving as the Interim Financial Controller at NextEd Group since May 2025, Xiaoyan successfully led the year-end audit and improved the Group balance sheet reporting during a four-month contract. Previously, Xiaoyan held prominent positions including Director of Corporate Finance and Finance Manager at GrowthOps from January 2015 to May 2025, as well as Group Financial Accountant at APD from December 2012 to December 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as Accountant/Office Manager at Harbourside Jewellers from January 2008 to December 2012. Xiaoyan is a qualified professional with a Master of Practicing Accounting in Financial Accounting from Monash University and is a member of CPA Australia.
