Adam Pfenninger

Adam Pfenninger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product engineering within the automotive sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Product Engineering for Steering Global Core & Architecture at Nexteer Automotive since September 2003. Adam has led the development of advanced product engineering strategies for steering technologies, including Steer By Wire and Electric Power Steering. Previous roles at Nexteer include directing product portfolios for steering columns, intermediate shafts, and hydraulic systems, as well as overseeing global engineering teams for Electric Power Steering architecture and business development. Adam's career began with a focus on software application engineering and program management, contributing to the successful launch of various high-volume electrical and electromechanical steering products. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.
