Carly Machasic currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Labor, Employment and Compliance at Nexteer Automotive, where strategic advice on complex labor and employment law issues is provided to human resources and senior leadership. Prior experience includes a tenure at Clark Hill PLC, where Carly held the title of Partner, representing a variety of employers in governmental and court proceedings related to employment law, and offering guidance on workplace policies and employment-related decisions. Additionally, Carly served as an Attorney at Ogletree Deakins and Clark Hill PLC, focusing on employment litigation and compliance. Carly holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University.
