Dariusz Skupien is a Lead Manufacturing Engineer at Nexteer Automotive, with a background in project management, process improvement, and industrial engineering. With experience in overseeing project implementation, collaborating with various stakeholders, and analyzing production efficiency, Dariusz is skilled in driving productivity and quality in manufacturing processes. From previous roles at Schneider Electric, Bitron, and Segu Polska Sp. z o.o., Dariusz has a strong foundation in lean manufacturing, SOP coordination, and leading Kaizen workshops.
