Kaitlin Rahon

Kaitlin Rahon is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Product at Nextek, with a history of roles including Product Owner, Business Analyst Manager, and Business Analyst. In addition to leadership in product development, Kaitlin is a live commentator for the University of Minnesota Women's Gymnastics Team on BTN+ and coaches gymnastics at the Roseville Gymnastics Center. Previous experience includes working as a Personal Chef at Stonehouse Custom Catering and serving in various positions at Kipsu and MANGO Engage & Connects, where skills in market development and product management were honed. Kaitlin was a member of the Division I Women’s Gymnastics Team at the University of Minnesota, where notable achievements include receiving the 2017 Big Ten Sportsmanship Award. Academically, Kaitlin graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
