Claudia Wu

Claudia Wu has extensive experience in customer experience and management roles, currently serving as Director at Negociacón Carmen S.A. since April 2020. Previously, Claudia held multiple positions at Telefónica Perú, including Gerente Call Center Negocios and Gerente de Promesa del Cliente, starting in August 2014. Claudia has also worked at Nextel del Perú S.A. in various capacities, such as Gerente de Experiencia del Cliente - Mercado Personas and 3G Customer Experience Project Leader, and has been with the company in different roles since 2000. Other experiences include working as a Training Manager and Premium Accounts Executive at Nextel del Peru, as well as being a Comercial at Electronica Wynk from 1994 to 1999. Claudia's education includes studies at American University and Creighton University.
