Hoyt Davidson

Mr. Davidson is founder and Managing Partner of Near Earth LLC, an investment bank focused on the space industry and providing M&A, strategic and financial advisory services and equity private placements. Formerly, Hoyt was a Managing Director at CSFB and DLJ where he co-founded Wall Street’s first dedicated coverage group for the commercial satellite industry. While there, he participated in financings totaling over $15 billion.
