Paul De Lia

Mr. De Lia is an aerospace executive and recognized industry technology leader with specialized expertise in the areas of Unmanned Systems, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electronic Warfare, and commercial wireless systems. During his 40-year career, he served as Chief Technology Officer at two Fortune 500 companies and led engineering, product development, and R&D for a multifunctional technical organization. As a senior leader, Mr. De Lia managed a $400M R&D portfolio and had direct oversight over the development and execution of technology and innovation strategies. He has provided strategic counsel for more than 30 mergers and acquisitions, including multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions that resulted in the formation of publicly traded companies.
