During his 40-year career, he served as Chief Technology Officer at two Fortune 500 companies and led engineering, product development, and R&D for a multifunctional technical organization. As a senior leader, Mr. De Lia managed a $400M R&D portfolio and had direct oversight over the development and execution of technology and innovation strategies. He has provided strategic counsel for more than 30 mergers and acquisitions, including multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions that resulted in the formation of publicly traded companies.
