Earlier career experiences include roles at OfficeMax, Cox Communications, Blockbuster, and Williams-Sonoma, Inc., leading human resources and training initiatives. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Relations-Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in History/Secondary Education from the University of Oklahoma.
