Andrea A. serves as a Sourcing Manager at NextEra Energy, Inc. since June 2020, leading a high-volume team responsible for managing 3,500 purchase orders monthly and overseeing the RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for various energy materials. Notably, Andrea has implemented Six Sigma process improvements and led the Ariba project for enterprise cloud design supporting 14,000 associates. Andrea was named the Women in Energy Director of Development for 2022 and has successfully maintained a record of no SOX findings in over a year. Prior to this, Andrea held positions at TBC Corporation, including Senior Manager of Procurement, contributing to significant sales growth and the successful launch of aftermarket products. Andrea's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Rhode Island, along with training in Neuromuscular therapy and Anatomy.
