With a background in organizational leadership and a Bachelor of Science degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University, Angela Perez has been instrumental in the training and development of employees at Florida Power & Light Company. Since joining NextEra Energy, Inc. as the HR Strategic Projects Lead, Angela has continued to excel in leading a team responsible for all training needs of non-customer facing Customer Service business unit employees. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at Florida Atlantic University, Angela is dedicated to further enhancing their skills and expertise in the field.
