David del Toro

David Del Toro has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Principal Observability Engineer at NextEra Energy, Inc. since April 2011. In this role, David has designed and deployed multi-site clustered Splunk Enterprise environments, led significant upgrades, and enforced compliance standards. Prior to this, David worked as a Technical Project Manager at Pearson, overseeing the migration of school systems to a new Student Information System and managing multiple direct reports. David began a career at IBM as a Managing Consultant, focusing on business transformation and process analysis for state governments. David holds a degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Information Technology Project Management from Florida International University.
