Eve McConnell

Eve McConnell is a distinguished creative leader with over 20 years of extensive experience in driving impactful strategies and innovative campaigns. Currently serving as Manager of the In-House Creative Agency at NextEra Energy, Inc. since April 2019, Eve has been recognized with numerous industry accolades, including ADDYs, SABRE Awards, Gold IHAF Creativity Awards, and PRSA Silver Anvils. Previous roles include various leadership positions in digital marketing and corporate communications at Florida Power & Light Company from July 2008 to April 2019, as well as a Corporate Creative Consultant at Lexmark from 2005 to 2008. Eve's educational background includes an Associate in Applied Science in Information Management and Design and Graphic Communications, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Communication.
