Gabriella Urgiles

Gabriella Urgiles is currently an Associate Tech Infrastructure Engineer at NextEra Energy, Inc. Since April 2024, Gabriella has honed expertise in QA engineering and SCADA substations displays for energy management systems at Florida Power & Light Company from February 2023 to April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at IKEA, where Gabriella excelled in customer loyalty initiatives and issue resolution, and as a Barista at Starbucks, recognized for outstanding customer engagement and awarded Partner of the Quarter. Early experience as an Engineering Intern at MWL Engineering involved bookkeeping and hands-on use of machinery for custom orders. Gabriella holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida International University, complemented by a high school diploma from Terra Environmental Research Institute.
