Jayant Kawadkar

Jayant Kawadkar is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in architectural roles. Currently serving as Principal IT Architect at NextEra Energy, Inc. since May 2020, Jayant has previously held positions as Architect at Sears Holdings Corporation from August 2010 to October 2022, and as Tech Lead at both Neilsoft Ltd and Tata Technologies between 2005 and 2010. Early career experiences include system analysis at Indus - a business of R Systems International Limited from 2004 to 2006 and software engineering at CMC from 2003 to 2004. Jayant holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and power from Amravati University, obtained from 1996 to 2000.
