Johana Molina-Parks

Johana Molina-Parks, CPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and financial oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at NextEra Energy, Inc. since October 2020, Johana has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Manager of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to this, Johana worked at Florida Power & Light Company as Manager of the FCOE Group Forecasting & Analysis and previously as Senior Accountant. Earlier career highlights include managerial positions at NextEra Energy Resources and a series of audit roles at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Florida Power & Light, and McGladrey. Johana holds an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
