Leslie A. Grossman currently serves as Program Director of Agile Transformation at NextEra Energy, Inc., where enterprise-wide efforts are led to optimize governance and enhance Agile adoption, resulting in more efficient product and project delivery. Previously, Leslie was an Enterprise Agile Coach at FPL Solutions, steering Agile transformations across multiple IT business units and generating significant cost savings. As the founder and Creative Director of Stitches By Leslie, Inc., Leslie designed innovative lifestyle products since 2011. Additional experience includes leadership roles in merchandising planning at Office Depot, IT governance at Dycom Industries, and quality assurance management at Mutual Service Corporation, with a focus on improving operational efficiencies and technology strategies across organizations. Leslie's educational background includes a Ph.D. in IT & Business Management from The School of Hard Knocks and studies at Palm Beach Community College.
