Ronnie Bailey

Ronnie Bailey, MBA, RTE, LSSYB, currently serves as the Manager of Digital and Automation Projects and IT Agile Delivery Manager at NextEra Energy, Inc. since March 2019. With extensive experience in project management and digital marketing, Ronnie has successfully led programs such as the Enterprise communication platform, resulting in over 100 million communications annually and a 49.6% email open rate. Previously, Ronnie held senior management roles at Comet Global Consulting and IBM Global Services, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and enhancing operational efficiencies through digital solutions. Additional experience includes roles at Public Consulting Group, AxoGen, and Georgia Pacific. Ronnie holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Computer Science from Morehouse College, with ongoing education in AI and product development through AI Accelera and MIT xPRO.
