Shannon McClain

Shannon McClain possesses extensive experience in benefits management, currently serving as Benefits Leader at NextEra Energy, Inc. since November 2019 after progressing through roles including Benefits Lead, Senior Benefits Consultant, and Benefits Consultant. Prior to this, Shannon held the position of Recruiting Specialist at G4S for a short duration in 2019, and from April 2015 to August 2018, worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at NYU Winthrop Hospital, overseeing oncology clinical trials and adhering to FDA/GCP regulations. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Clerical Service Associate in a busy emergency department. Shannon holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the State University of New York Cortland.
