Toni Scholze

Toni Scholze currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Recruiting Manager at NextEra Energy, Inc. since July 2022, having also held the position of Recruiting Leader since September 1990, where responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts across various business sectors within the energy industry. Additionally, Toni has been the Recruiting Lead for Florida Power & Light Company since 1990, supporting recruitment for Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering and Construction, and FPL Energy Services. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Employee Relations Consultant, providing strategic human resources leadership and direction. Toni Scholze holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Based Systems Management from PennWest California, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
