Jason D. Alinder is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development, manufacturing engineering, and process development within the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Principal R&D Engineer at Nextern since December 2020, Jason previously held roles at Creganna Medical as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, at Evergreen Medical Technologies as a Principal Process Development Engineer, and at Medtronic in various engineering positions, including Senior Product Engineer and Principal Manufacturing Engineer. During a career spanning over two decades, Jason has led manufacturing process development for catheter and cardiac pacing leads, contributed to the successful implementation of lean manufacturing techniques, and provided critical production support across multiple projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.
