The Operations Team at NexTerra Wine Company is responsible for overseeing the entire wine production process from grape sourcing to final distribution. Led by the Vice President Winery Operations, the team includes the Global Sourcing Manager who secures premium grapes, the Cellar Worker who manages the fermentation and aging processes, and the Supply Chain Administrator who coordinates logistics and distribution. Together, they ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of NexTerra's distinguished wines.
