Bala Nithiya

Bala Nithiya is a seasoned software testing professional with extensive experience in QA automation and analysis. Currently serving as Lead Software Test Engineer at NextGear Capital since April 2015, Bala has progressed through roles such as Sr. Software Test Engineer and QA Automation Engineer II. Prior to this, experience includes working as a QA Automation Engineer at Zotec Partners, where proficiency in TestComplete and defect tracking tools like JIRA and Bugzilla was demonstrated. Earlier, Bala held the position of QA Analyst / Automation Test Engineer at RCR Technology, utilizing Rational tools including Rational Functional Tester and Rational Performance Tester. Bala Nithiya holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from KSR College of Technology, completed in 2005.
