Kurt Detamore

Kurt Detamore, PMP, is a seasoned software development manager currently at NextGear Capital since August 2016. Previously, Kurt held various leadership roles at RCR Technology, including operations manager and infrastructure architect, where responsibilities included managing the technical infrastructure for a significant $1.3 billion project. At IBM, from February 2001 to May 2009, Kurt served as a technical leader and project manager overseeing a global e-service center. Early career experience includes roles at Tivoli Systems, Emergent Solutions Group, Ontario Systems, American Express Tax & Business Services, and Ruckman Associates Inc. Kurt's academic credentials include a Master’s in Computer Science from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Industrial Management from Purdue University.
