Mike Sauce is an accomplished Sr. UX Manager at NextGear Capital since June 2014, specializing in user-centered design and delivering seamless user experiences across various software products and business units. With extensive prior experience as a UX designer and manager for Agile Scrum teams, Mike has contributed to financial and title management software in the automotive remarketing sector. As the founder of the Horizon Interactive Awards, Mike has recognized excellence in Interactive Media on a global scale for over two decades. Additional roles include Digital Project Manager at Fusion Alliance, Sr. UX Designer/Strategist at National Government Services, and founder of SaucePan Creative. Mike's educational background includes graduate studies at Herron School of Art + Design and a BA in Communications from Ball State University.
