Patrick Inks

Patrick Inks, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Patrick started their career as an Account Executive at Bank of America in 1989 and worked there until 1994.

In 1994, they joined Green Tree Servicing and held various positions including Commercial Credit Manager, Commercial Lending Manager, and District Sales Manager. In these roles, they developed and implemented a new Commercial Lending system, underwrote and approved commercial dealer files, and increased outstanding receivables. Patrick also completed significant buyouts of commercial accounts and managed delinquency and bad debt.

In 1998, Patrick moved on to work with Harley-Davidson Financial Services as a Regional Sales Manager, Performance Consultant, National Sales Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Information Technology. During their tenure, they achieved remarkable results such as increasing the loan portfolio and net income while maintaining a low charge-off rate. Patrick also implemented new systems and achieved cost savings.

From 2008 to 2010, Patrick served as the Chief Credit Officer at Navigator Acceptance, where they were responsible for credit-related operations.

In 2010, Patrick joined Merchants Leasing as the Chief Credit and Quality Officer. Patrick was involved in various activities including due diligence review, managing accounts receivable, and starting up credit and loan servicing operations for a new captive finance company. Patrick also created custom scorecards and department policies.

Finally, in 2015, Patrick became the Vice President at NextGear Capital.

Patrick Inks, MBA, began their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they completed from 1984 to 1988. Later, they pursued an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, specializing in Business, and finished the program in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Patrick Inks has obtained certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Patrick completed the "Implementing Winning Strategies" certification from Columbia Business School Executive Education in November 2020.
