Robert Alley

Robert Alley is an experienced software engineer with a career that spans over 15 years in various roles. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager at NextGear Capital since May 2016, Robert has contributed significantly in software development and engineering leadership. Prior experience includes working as an Application Developer for the Indiana Department of Revenue and as a Developer for Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company. Robert also held the position of Lead Analyst/Development at MSD of Pike Township and worked as an Analyst in Web Development at the Department of Biostatistics, IU School of Medicine. Robert holds educational credentials from Indiana University Indianapolis, completing studies from 1996 to 2008.
