Troy Thompson

Troy Thompson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in the financial industry. Troy began their career at Wells Fargo in 2002 as an Account Executive, where they worked until 2005. From there, they moved on to Marquette Consumer Finance, taking on the role of Assistant Branch Manager for a brief period. In 2005, Troy joined United Auto Credit Corporation as a Branch Manager, a position they held until 2009. At that point, they transitioned to NextGear Capital, where they assumed the role of Director of Dealer Services-Franchise/Major Dealers from 2009 to 2015. Since then, Troy has held the position of Director of Portfolio Management-Midwest Market at NextGear Capital.

Troy Thompson completed their secondary education at Blaine High School from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from North Dakota State University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001.
