Wayne Perez

Wayne Perez has extensive work experience in various management roles in the finance and retail sectors. Wayne started their career at Rent-A-Center in 1998, where they served as a District Manager responsible for overseeing multiple store locations and implementing sales and collection strategies. In 2006, they joined Aaron's, Inc as a General Manager, where they successfully increased revenues and profits through effective sales and operational management. Wayne then moved on to Flexi Compras in 2007, taking on the role of District Manager and demonstrating their ability to streamline operations, develop innovative programs, and improve employee loyalty. Since 2013, Wayne has been working at NextGear Capital, initially as a Performance Manager and then taking on the positions of Sr Client Account Executive, Portfolio Manager, and Portfolio Director. Throughout their tenure at NextGear Capital, Wayne has been responsible for maintaining performance standards, building client relationships, and promoting the company's products.
