Shumon Khan

Shumon Khan has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Shumon served as the Managing Director & CEO at NEXTGEN INNOVATION LTD., where they provided strategic guidance and direction to the product development team, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends and customer feedback. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations and Director of Technical & Operations (Co-owner) at MYSOFT LIMITED, where they led the technical team in implementing projects nationwide and focused on the strategic business growth of the company. Shumon also served as the Head of IT & CIO at Asrotex Group, the Senior Technology Officer at ATI Limited, and the Country Manager at Autoinformatik AG. In these roles, they contributed to defining project management processes, selecting team members, and preparing project plans. Shumon'swork experience spans from 2007 to the present.

Shumon Khan attended the Asian University of Bangladesh from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree with a focus on Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Shumon Khan also holds a certification in OCP(DBA) from Oracle.
