Molly Inclán, MBA, currently serves as a Program Manager at NextGEN, where responsibilities include managing full-cycle program operations for the NEXT Accelerator, Workshop Series, and Growth Labs Program, as well as overseeing the mentorship continuum through various programs. Previous experience includes serving as a GVL Starts Cohort Member at The Hill Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, conducting market research at Innovate BU Summer Accelerator, and advising fintech startups at MassChallenge. Additionally, Molly has held academic roles, including Assistant Professor of Accounting at Converse College, where curriculum design received high evaluations. Early career experiences involved accounting roles at Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and Cherry Bekaert LLP. Academic credentials include an MBA focused on Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Boston University, a Master's of Accountancy from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Presbyterian College.
