Cortney Bouse currently serves as the Pennsylvania State Director for NextGen America, leading the organization's 2023-2024 voter registration and mobilization campaign. Previously, Cortney held various roles with Planned Parenthood Pennsylvania Advocates, including State Field Director and Regional Field Director, managing staff and volunteers while advancing advocacy goals through partnerships and campaigns. Additional experience includes organizing efforts with Planned Parenthood Great Plains, program coordination at Detroit Youth Passages, and foundational work in sexual health education at University Health Services. Cortney holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Michigan State University.
