Bruce Manchester joined NextGen Capital as an investment banking managing director in 2014. He has more than 20 years of investment banking and cross-border M&A experience, most recently as a managing director at D.A. Davidson & Co. in the firm’s Basic Industries Group; and, prior to Davidson, he was a managing director with McGladrey Capital Markets (acquired by D.A. Davidson 2012), the investment banking arm of RSM McGladrey. He has provided advisory and transaction services to clients in a variety of industries, including paper and forest products, packaging, building products, power, and mining and metals. Prior to joining McGladrey Capital Markets, he was a managing director and industry manager in the Natural Resources Group for Banc of America Securities. He also served as regional director of investment banking and vice president of capital markets for Bank of America in Canada. Bruce holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Toronto, and an undergrad degree from Queens University. He also holds FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses.
