Thomas Davenport II

Thomas Davenport joined NextGen Capital as an investment banking managing director in 2022. He has more than 20 years of investment banking and capital markets experience, most recently as head of the consumer & industrials corporate finance practice at a leading accounting firm. Mr. Davenport was also an investment banker with William Blair & Company and Citigroup. He has provided advisory and transaction services to clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, energy, technology and healthcare. Mr. Davenport also has experience with restructuring, corporate development and private equity investing. Mr. Davenport holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago, a Master of Public Administration from CUNY-Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse College. He also holds FINRA Series 7, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
