Tyler Miller

Tyler Miller has over 25 years of corporate finance, capital markets, and private wealth management experience. Prior to co-founding NextGen in 2012, Mr. Miller was a transaction consultant for private equity and debt funds, family offices, and privately held businesses and had been a key member of the investment banking teams at New York based Kinetic Advisors and at California based McGladrey Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of RSM McGladrey. His investment and transaction experience encompasses a wide range of engagements in industries including energy, healthcare, food and beverage, consumer products and services, and general industrial. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller also held positions at Wells Fargo Bank, where he structured and underwrote debt capital for middle-market leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, and at Fidelity Investments, where he managed the unique portfolio needs of high net worth clients and helped grow the firm’s private wealth management business. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Northeastern University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson. He also holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
