NextGen Custom Builders is built on a legacy of craftsmanship and excellence. Founded by Billy Pomarico, a 4th-generation home builder, we bring decades of experience and a passion for innovation to every custom home and remodeling project we undertake in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

Our services include:

Custom Home Building: From concept to completion, we craft tailored homes that combine timeless design with modern functionality.

Remodeling & Renovations: Whether enhancing a single room or reimagining an entire home, our projects are defined by meticulous attention to detail and superior quality.

Client-Centric Process: We prioritize collaboration, transparency, and clear communication to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

With a heritage rooted in building excellence, Billy Pomarico and Jamie Sasser lead NextGen Custom Builders with the vision of creating homes that are as enduring as they are beautiful. By integrating advanced technology into design, project management, and client engagement, we set new standards for innovation and efficiency in home building.

At NextGen Custom Builders, we don’t just build homes—we continue a family tradition of creating spaces where memories are made.
