James Hayes is a Senior Operations Specialist with extensive experience in coordinating, tracking, and supervising the implementation of strategic concepts and new initiatives. James previously served as an Infantry Battalion Commander in the US Army, where James successfully managed a unit of 750 personnel. James holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Math & Natural Science from Thomas Edison College of NJ.
