Jay Reddy is the founder and CEO of NextGen Federal Systems, a leading provider of technology solutions for the federal government. Jay previously served as the CEO and Chairman of ProLogic, Inc., a leading provider of information technology solutions for the federal government.

Jay Reddy has an MBA in Management from West Virginia University and a Masters in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. Jay also has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Bangalore Institute of Technology.
