Randy Schauer

Randy Schauer, PhD is currently the Chief Engineer/Scientist at NextGen Federal Systems, bringing extensive experience in leading engineering execution on various weather-based programs. Prior to this role, Randy served as Sr. Principal Multi-Disciplinary Engineer at Raytheon, where Randy developed technical solutions and approaches for strategic acquisitions within the Civil/Defense Space & Weather business. With a background in computer science and a Ph.D from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Randy has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, system architecture, and business development throughout their career.
