Tad Broschat has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Tad is currently a Principal Software Engineer at NextGen Federal Systems since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked at NextGen Federal Systems as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2020 to January 2024.

Tad Broschat earned a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics from South Dakota State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Tad also obtained various certifications from Trailhead by Salesforce, specializing in Developer, Advanced Developer, Administrator, and Advanced Administrator training. In addition, Tad holds a Top Secret Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense and is a certified Salesforce Force.com Developer.
