Omar Pensado

Omar Pensado is an experienced RF Design Engineer with a strong background in telecommunications. Currently employed at NextGen, a Kelly Telecom Company, since July 2019, Omar has been involved in creating RF Design Specifications (RFDS) and conducting RF design activities for Dish Wireless, focusing on the deployment of the first standalone 5G broadband network in the US. Previously, Omar has held various engineering roles, including Optimization Engineer positions at GTA and Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities included initial tuning and data analysis to enhance network performance. Omar's career also features roles in RF design and integration at Quadgen Wireless Solutions, 3S Network, and Ericsson, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in RF engineering, design optimization, and customer interaction. Omar holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de México.
