Don Call

Don Call possesses extensive experience in reporting analytics and EDI system implementations, currently serving as Manager of Reporting Analytics at NextGen Healthcare since October 2012. Previous roles at NextGen include Team Lead for EDI Sr. Specialist and EDI Real Time Systems Analyst, focusing on quality assurance testing and support for EDI products. Prior to NextGen, Don Call worked at Mer Telemanagement Solutions (MTS) from February 2010 to October 2012 as Account Manager, overseeing telecom expense databases and maintaining customer relations, and as a Telecom Analyst, managing invoice data entry and support for account managers. Don Call holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Kennesaw State University, earned in 2010.
