Gina M. Oliver

Gina M. Oliver is a seasoned healthcare technology executive with extensive experience in project management, mergers and acquisitions, and clinical systems implementations. Currently serving as Director of Project Management Services at NextGen Healthcare since July 2022, Gina directs various client services programs aimed at transforming patient care. Prior roles include Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Pediatrix Medical Group, where Gina oversaw IT integrations for significant mergers, and leadership positions in operations, including building new process improvement teams and managing clinical systems projects. Gina founded GO Healthcare IT Consulting, providing specialized EHR implementation and PMO development for healthcare organizations. Additionally, experiences span senior director roles at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium and director positions at Oracle and McKesson Health IT, where Gina led large-scale technology projects and team management. Gina holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
