Michael Brantley

Michael Brantley is an experienced organizational development professional with a diverse background in training, management, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at NextGen Healthcare since September 2009, Michael has held various roles including Organizational Development Sr. Manager, Staff Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer, and EHR Implementation Specialist, focusing on developing and delivering training initiatives, managing performance and talent, and overseeing employee engagement efforts. Prior to NextGen Healthcare, Michael worked as an Independent Education Consultant, Lead Trainer at Hospital Corporation of America, and Lead Teacher/Academic Director at The Broach School. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of South Florida.
