Michael Schoen

Michael Schoen has over a decade of experience in legal roles, currently serving as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at NextGen Healthcare since May 2010. Prior to this position, Michael held various legal positions including Senior Corporate Counsel at NextGen and Attorney at Kelly Law Registry. Earlier roles include Staff Attorney at Olympus Corporation of the Americas and HR Director/Generalist at Cegedim Dendrite. Michael also served as Associate General Counsel and Interim HR Director at Target Software, Inc. and gained initial legal experience as an Associate Attorney at Smith, Ford & Associates and Law Clerk at the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Suffolk University Law School, a Master's degree in Energy and Environmental Studies from Boston University, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Environmental Studies from Binghamton University.
